INTRODUCTION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This document sets out the rules for using the Wi-Fi and other solutions provided by U-ALL SOLUTIONS (“U-ALL”).
When registering and using the Wi-Fi, you may provide certain personal data, such as name, phone number and e-mail address. This information is used to allow your access to the service and for the other purposes described in these Terms and in U-ALL's Privacy Policy.
Access to the Wi-Fi may be provided free of charge. In that case, internet access is one of the benefits offered to the user in return for their registration and the use of their data for the purposes described.
YOUR DATA AND THE U-ALL ECOSYSTEM
By completing your registration, you understand that your data may become part of the registry and of the solutions of the U-ALL ecosystem.
This means that, depending on the solution used, the data provided at a given establishment, event or venue may be recognized by other solutions that use U-ALL technology.
U-ALL offers different services to companies, establishments, events and other partners. For this reason, your data may be used to enable these services, make it easier to identify you, offer benefits and improve your experience.
For example, a registration made to access the Wi-Fi at an establishment that uses a U-ALL solution may allow you to be recognized again at another venue that also uses a U-ALL solution, avoiding the need to register again, where this feature is available.
HOW YOUR DATA MAY BE USED
Your data may be used, in accordance with the purpose presented at the time of registration and with the applicable legislation, to:

• allow and facilitate your access to the Wi-Fi;
• carry out your registration and identification;
• recognize your registration at other venues that use U-ALL solutions;
• provide benefits, experiences and personalized features;
• improve and develop U-ALL's products and services;
• allow companies and establishments that hire U-ALL to use the solutions they have contracted;
• carry out relationship, communication, offer and benefit actions, where permitted by legislation and in accordance with the options presented to you.

U-ALL does not use your data without restriction. Each use must be related to a purpose disclosed to you and must follow the rules of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
SHARING WITH COMPANIES AND PARTNERS
When you use a U-ALL solution, your data may be shared with the company, establishment, event or other partner that contracted that solution, where this is necessary to provide the service or to fulfill the purpose disclosed at the time of registration.
For example, if you use the Wi-Fi of an establishment that has contracted U-ALL, some of the information provided at registration may be made available to that establishment so that it can use the contracted solution, offer benefits or carry out relationship actions, as disclosed to you.
There may also be situations in which U-ALL uses the data for its own solutions and services.
In all cases, the processing of your data must comply with the LGPD, with U-ALL's Privacy Policy and with the purposes disclosed to you.
YOUR ACCEPTANCE
Before using certain features, you may be asked to accept these Terms and U-ALL's Privacy Policy.
Where your consent is required for a particular use of the data, it will be requested in a clear and specific manner, including for certain forms of sharing or sending of communications.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, under the terms of the LGPD. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing previously carried out on a legitimate basis.
U-ALL may record your acceptance, including the date, time and version of the documents accepted, in order to evidence your expression of will.
BENEFITS FOR YOU
By providing your data and using a U-ALL solution, you may receive benefits related to the service used.
These benefits may include, for example:

• free or facilitated access to the Wi-Fi;
• access to content or features;
• special offers and conditions;
• participation in relationship or loyalty programs;
• personalized experiences; or
• other benefits offered by U-ALL, by the establishment or by the event that uses our solutions.

The available benefit may vary according to the location, event or service used.
PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
U-ALL adopts measures to protect your personal data and uses this information in accordance with the applicable legislation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
When using U-ALL, you must provide true and up-to-date information and use the service in a lawful and appropriate manner.
It is prohibited to use the Wi-Fi for illegal activities, to harm third parties, to gain improper access to systems or accounts, to send spam or to carry out any activity that violates the law.
U-ALL'S RESPONSIBILITIES
U-ALL seeks to keep its solutions available and working properly, carrying out updates and maintenance whenever necessary.
The quality and availability of the Wi-Fi may vary according to network conditions, the number of connected users, the local infrastructure and other technical factors.
U-ALL also undertakes to protect the personal data processed through its solutions, in accordance with the applicable legislation and its Privacy Policy.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT
U-ALL solutions may present content, offers, products, services or links from companies and partners.
These products and services are the responsibility of their respective suppliers. Where necessary, we recommend that you also consult the terms and privacy policies of these third parties.
AGE RESTRICTION
U-ALL solutions intended for registration and use under these Terms are directed, as a rule, to people over 18 years of age.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, trademarks, logos, texts, images and other elements related to U-ALL belong to U-ALL or are used with authorization.
The reproduction or improper use of these materials without prior authorization is prohibited.
TERMS UPDATE
These Terms may be updated whenever necessary, in particular due to changes in the services or in the legislation.
When a change is relevant to the processing of your personal data, U-ALL will take the necessary measures to inform you and, where required by law, will request a new acceptance.

By selecting the acceptance option and using the U-ALL solution, you declare that you have had access to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Where a particular use of your data depends on consent, that consent will be requested in a clear and specific manner.
Acceptance of these Terms does not mean authorization for any use of your data. Your data will be processed in accordance with the purposes disclosed, the Privacy Policy and the applicable legislation.
By using the Wi-Fi or another U-ALL solution, you acknowledge that the service provided, including any free internet access, constitutes one of the benefits offered in return for the experience provided by the solution and for the registration carried out.
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet).
