TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE – U-ALL SOLUTIONS
INTRODUCTION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
This document aims to present our terms and conditions for the use of
Wi-Fi. By registering and contracting U-ALL Wi-Fi, you declare that you
are aware of the information described here and accept all the conditions
of use, assuming the responsibilities and obligations as a contracting
user of the service. Access to Wi-Fi will not require payment from the
user.
By registering and accepting our terms, you become part of the U-ALL
network of products and services. This means that the personal data
provided by you when using Wi-Fi in an establishment may be used in other
locations or U-ALL products, facilitating your identification and
connection. Your registration with U-ALL will allow access to personalized
benefits, according to your preferences and experiences.
By contracting the U-ALL Wi-Fi service, you automatically agree to the
Terms and Conditions of Use, giving them legal value equivalent to a
contract signature. This acceptance becomes evident by proceeding with the
contracting and providing your personal data for registration. We also
recommend reading the Privacy Policy, a complementary document that
details the treatment of your data, the rights related to privacy, and the
management of this information. If you do not agree with the Terms and
Conditions or the Privacy Policy, registration and use of U-ALL should be
avoided.
This document establishes the rules and guidelines for the safe and
appropriate use of the internet by the U-ALL service, seeking to prevent
misuse of the product and defining the legal relationship between the user
and the company. It describes the responsibilities, obligations,
applicable laws, intellectual property rules, and general conditions for
the use of Wi-Fi, reinforcing that providing the necessary personal
information for registration is an essential condition for accessing the
service.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND CONTRACT TERMINATION
U-ALL is an intelligent Wi-Fi connection solution developed and owned by
U-ALL. The service allows wireless internet access for email use, instant
messaging, online browsing, and access to corporate intranets, with the
restriction of not supporting high-volume data transfers (uploads and/or
downloads).
By using U-ALL, you receive a usage license that is (i) non-transferable,
not to be passed on to third parties; (ii) non-exclusive, as it is made
available to other users; and (iii) revocable, which can be temporarily or
permanently canceled in situations such as: violation of the terms of use,
service suspension, court order, termination of commercial partnerships,
technical maintenance, failures beyond U-ALL's control, force majeure
events, or if you choose to anonymize or delete your personal data without
a legal basis for processing.
If Wi-Fi becomes unavailable for other reasons during business hours,
contact customer support at (11) 5200-1762 or email
suporte@uallsolutions.com.br for clarification.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A U-ALL USER
When using U-ALL, you must provide correct, complete, and updated
registration information, being responsible for any inconsistency that may
result in civil or criminal penalties, such as false identity. U-ALL
reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate your registration in
case of non-compliance with the terms of this document.
It is your responsibility to keep your login and password information
confidential. In case of unauthorized use or any violation, you must
inform U-ALL immediately by phone (11) 5200-1762 or email
suporte@uallsolutions.com.br.
As a user, you are responsible for your online activities and must use
Wi-Fi legally, ethically, and in compliance with the Terms of Use and
Privacy Policy. It is prohibited to use U-ALL for illegal activities,
violate third-party rights, host servers, access other users' accounts,
send spam, or collect data without authorization.
U-ALL is not responsible for acts or damages resulting from unauthorized
access to your account, especially if caused by negligence in using your
credentials.
U-ALL'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The U-ALL portal may undergo updates and improvements, with U-ALL
committed to maintaining its functionality, ensuring usability and
navigability whenever possible, and presenting its features clearly,
accurately, and completely. The company is also responsible for protecting
the personal data collected, as described in the Privacy Policy.
U-ALL seeks to offer uninterrupted Wi-Fi access and performs routine
maintenance preferably outside business hours. However, the service may be
modified or temporarily suspended without prior notice in cases of
emergency technical repairs. If issues related to U-ALL's responsibilities
or your rights are not resolved directly, the user can file complaints
with the National Data Protection Agency, consumer protection agencies, or
resort to the Judiciary.
WHEN IS U-ALL NOT RESPONSIBLE?
U-ALL informs that it is not responsible for information or content
inserted into the service by users, clients, partners, suppliers, or third
parties, limiting its responsibility only to the material made available
directly by it. The content of programmatic media (advertising) displayed
on U-ALL is the sole responsibility of the advertisers, who must comply
with the law, good faith, and best practices. Any problems, such as errors
or non-compliance with proposals by the advertiser, should be addressed
directly between the user and the advertiser.
U-ALL only provides the Wi-Fi connection according to the established
terms and makes space available on the homepage for advertisers to promote
institutional and/or commercial media. All content of these media is the
sole responsibility of the advertisers. As for bandwidth, it may vary
depending on the usage context, number of connected users, and other
factors beyond U-ALL's control, which does not guarantee specific Wi-Fi
performance. Furthermore, U-ALL is not responsible for any misuse of the
service that violates laws, good faith, or best practices.
PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
U-ALL has a specific document to address the protection of users' personal
data, called the "Privacy Policy," which is an integral and inseparable
part of these Terms and Conditions of Use. We recommend that the Privacy
Policy be read carefully.
In case of conflict between the provisions of the Privacy Policy and those
described in the Terms and Conditions of Use, the more specific document
will prevail. Thus, issues related to privacy and data protection will
always be governed by what is established in the Privacy Policy.
USER AGE RESTRICTIONS
To contract the U-ALL service and accept these Terms and Conditions of
Use, you must be over 18 years old. The product is not directed at minors,
as internet access is provided without parental controls enabled by
default.
U-ALL offers Wi-Fi connection in exchange for the processing of personal
data and the analysis of users' profiles and behaviors, allowing third
parties to offer personalized products and services. This model is not
suitable for individuals considered relatively or absolutely incapable by
civil law, that is, people who cannot respond for themselves.
If you are the legal guardian of a minor under 18 years old and believe
that they have shared personal information with us, contact us at
dpo@uallsolutions.com.br to address the matter, ensuring the minor's best
interest and compliance with current legislation.
RELATIONSHIP POINTS WITH THIRD PARTIES
U-ALL reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue
parts of the Wi-Fi connection service, including content licensed by third
parties, without prior notice or liability obligation.
Media made available by U-ALL may contain links to client or third-party
websites that advertise products and services, following the guidelines of
the Privacy Policy. These links may present personalized products or
services based on the user's profile. However, U-ALL does not guarantee
such services or products, nor does it assume responsibility for them by
providing access.
We recommend that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions and the
Privacy Policy of clients and advertisers, who may access your data as
described in U-ALL's Privacy Policy.
